About the Role:

Wipro is looking for a talented Developer - L3 to join its digital transformation and software engineering team in Hyderabad. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing, testing, and maintaining robust software programs either for operating systems or client applications, ensuring they meet 100% quality and usability standards. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements, craft feasible designs, troubleshoot problems, and optimize software for high performance and reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Understand and interpret product/software requirements and design system flows
• Develop, test, and automate software solutions using the software development life cycle
• Conduct root cause analysis and identify ideas for performance and availability improvements
• Collaborate with functional teams, analysts, and project managers to clarify and implement software capabilities
• Code and validate software modules, automate test scenarios, and modify systems for optimal performance
• Prepare comprehensive documentation, flowcharts, layouts, and project reports
• Respond to customer requirements and feedback, ensuring excellent client interaction
• Participate in continuous education, training, and skill upgradation for evolving industry practices
• Contribute feedback for usability and serviceability and trace results to quality risks
• Interact respectfully with customers throughout project lifecycle, maintaining high CSAT

Requirements:

• Skill in collaborating across teams and effectively communicating with clients
